Rates
For most events, fees range from $200-$450. Rates depend on a variety of factors including mileage fees for locations outside of the Dayton, OH area, the type and length of event, and specific requests to learn new music.

Terms of Service
The Artist is an independent contractor and assumes all responsibility for income tax withholding, Social Security, state tax and Workman’s compensation insurance.
Weather/playing conditions
If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement whether conditions prevail, Purchaser must arrange for an alternate site. If inclement weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance, Artist shall nevertheless be paid the full contract price. There must be a clean, flat, dry surface for harpist to play on. Artist will not play in an extended amount of time in direct sunlight or other conditions which may cause harm to the harp. If conditions are found to be unacceptable and other arrangements are not made, Artist has the right to refuse to play without providing a refund.
Payment and Deposit
A non-refundable $50 (or 25% of payment) deposit is due at the time the contract is signed. Artist will not reserve event date without the deposit. The balance in full is due seven days before event date. If the contract is cancelled by the Purchaser less than seven days before the engagement, the balance shall be required in full. Deposits are non-refundable.
Additional Charges may be assessed for unusual circumstances not included in the contract, or if any changes are made to the conditions above.
If Artist must cancel due to conditions out of her control, all fees including deposit will be refunded.
Any special music requests that require learning new music will incur additional fees and must be decided on before the contract is signed.
Overtime rate is $50 per half-hour. Overtime fees are charged in 30 minute increments. If payment is not received by the deadline agreed to in the contract, a $50 penalty fee will be added to the amount due. The Artist has the right to pursue any legal action to collect fees.
